ENABLING AND SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS
1. FROM THE CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS (CSOS)
In order to ensure effective participation of NGO,
PO and Civil Society, they are consulted as to how they will be
able to support the execution of the plans and programs contained
herein. It is to be ascertained that the CSOs are properly represented
in all the Local Special Bodies to ensure that the set programs
and projects are carried-out properly.
2. FROM THE BUSINESS SECTOR
The business sector's participation, cooperation
and support are likewise encouraged by forming them as part of the
formulation of this Executive Agenda. They will also be encouraged
to pay taxes promptly to ensure continuous fund to support to the
government's thrust and program.
3. FROM THE LGU OFFICES AND NATIONAL AGENCIES
It must be made a point that all that is contained
herein will be implemented. Thus, the national agencies are enjoined
to coordinate with the Provincial Government in the planning and
implementation process of projects funded by the national government.
It is advised that synchronization as to the priorities for the
planned period must jive with the direction of the Province.
4. FROM THE PDC/SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN
After adoption by the PDC, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan
will have to adopt this document and pass enabling legislations
such as funding support for the programs and projects for implementation.
