b. Prepared and evaluated 703 request for release of allotment
and prepared corresponding advice of allotments.
c. Received and evaluated 94 Municipal Resolutions
and Ordinances on budgetary matters.
d. Prepared preliminary review actions of 26 Municipal
Annual Budgets and 68 Municipal Supplemental Budgets.
e. Assisted 20 Municipal Budget Officers regarding
budgetary matters.
f. Conducted 12 meetings and conferences on budgetary
matters with the MBOs.
g. Controlled, evaluated and certified 9,215 Allotment Obligation
Slips (ALOBS) as to existence of appropriation.
" Evaluated 70 resolution, admin./ legislative
orders pertaining to realignment/reversions of appropriations.
