Goal
To identify, develop, enhance and promote tourism potentials, culture and arts of Zamboanga del Sur.

Specifics:

1.	Restore and conserve historical and cultural heritage.
2.	Establish and develop natural and man-mad attractions such as parks and resorts.
3.	Improve tourism, culture and arts support facilities and manpower all throughout the province.
4.	Initiate, manage and promote programmatic cultural events and related activites.

Tourism Facilities

The tourism facilities available in the Province and the City of Pagadian include hotels, tourist inns, pension houses, resorts and lodging houses. In Pagadian City, it is noted that these facilities are increasing in number and offer improved services. Molave and Aurora have also good lodging houses. Table 5-15 reflects the number of hotels and lodging houses in Pagadian City and in the municipalities.
