3.	Improve tourism, culture and arts support facilities and manpower all throughout the province.
4.	Initiate, manage and promote programmatic cultural events and related activites.

Daily plane flights to and from Cebu plus the tri-weekly flights via Asian Spirit and Mindanao Express airlines enable you to connect up to Manila.
